ROSEVILLE, Calif. – Today, the Morse for Congress campaign released its third TV ad of the general election in the 4th Congressional District race. Titled "Choices," the ad contrasts Jessica's independence and bipartisanship with Congressman Tom McClintock's decades as a career politician and allegiance to Washington special interests. The spot will be backed by a six-figure buy on broadcast and cable in the Sacramento and Reno media markets.

A full transcript is below, and the ad can be viewed here.

NARRATOR:  "This November, we have a choice between a career politician and a public servant. Jessica Morse grew up here, and served in Republican and Democratic administrations.

"Jessica doesn't take a dime from corporate PACs. Her campaign is funded by regular folks. Tom McClintock has taken nearly $200,000 from pharmaceutical and insurance companies.

"Jessica Morse knows that we need change in Washington. She'll put partisanship aside and won't sell her vote to the highest bidder."

MORSE (VOICEOVER):  "I'm Jessica Morse and I approve this message."
